Leadtimes
Our normal lead-time is about 5-6 weeks from an order being placed to delivery to your home. This allows us to order the fabric, and make up the cushions of your choice. However if we are waiting for stock from Indonesia, the lead-time can be longer. We will always indicate the likely lead-time when we are discussing your prospective purchase with you.
Delivery methods we use
Delivery charges apply for all mainland addresses in England and Wales; and further supplements may apply for Scotland, Northern Ireland and all islands. Please email or call for a quote.
Delivery costs are displayed in the shop, or you can contact us for further information. To avoid delivery charges, you can collect your item(s) from our showroom.
We use our own vans and drivers where possible; otherwise we work with a small number of family-run courier firms to give you the best possible personal service.
For smaller items (tables, stools, lights, planters etc) we use a range of national couriers such as My Hermes, Parcelforce etc.
Whichever method we use, we will discuss the options with you by phone or email prior to despatch, and check to see if there are good or bad days for the delivery to arrive.
Collection
You can pick up your order from our showroom in Dorset. Please call us to arrange any visits or collections. The showroom is normally open weekdays 9am to 5.30pm, but we advise phoning before visiting (01722 340882) since we are often out on deliveries and at shows.
If you choose to collect we will take the cost of delivery off the price you pay.
Delivering outside the UK
We also deliver to Ireland and to continental Europe. Recent shipments have been made to Switzerland, Holland, Germany, France and Spain. We have couriers who regularly take shipments to these and other countries. Sending a palletised load is also an option, and has worked well for us in the past.
