The chair is from our older stock and therefore is a little darker than the latest stock (Rattan goes more golden with ageing) but is new and in great condition. The cushions feature a lovely woven fabric from Linwood called Tyger which is ex-display with ex-display inners – it is a hard-wearing dry-clean-only fabric.
The main material used is rattan. The chair skeleton is made from a structure of rattan poles, while the wickerwork uses fine peeled rattan. The wooden seat-frame is made using FSC-certified acacia. Feather cushions are added here in the UK for luxury and comfort. The seat cushions feature a feather down and foam sandwich to make them more supportive.
